On 1 April 2021, AJC Member BROUK hosted five panellists during their webinar to discuss the current situation in Myanmar and action needed from the international community to overturn the military coup and establish democracy in Myanmar. AJC Member Fortify Right’s Matthew Smith contributed to the webinar alongside Tom Andrews (UN Special Rapporteur for Myanmar), Dr. Sasa (UN Special Envoy of Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw), and Naomi Kikoler (Simon-Skjodt Center for the Prevention of Genocide).
