26 Sep 2021

The world community mourns the murder of Rohingya leader Mohibullah by unknown assailants in Cox’s Bazar camp on 27 September 2021. He was one of the popular leaders of the largest Rohingya Muslims group that fled Myanmar after a military crackdown in August 2017 and advocated relentlessly for international justice. AJC Coalition members LAW, Fortify Rights, BROUK, BHRN, HRW, Amnesty International call upon the Bangladeshi authorities to undertake a just and effective investigation into the killing and to hold those responsible to account.
